Fill the Calendar

Book qualified leads into your closer's calendar and make sure they show up.

Chase the Ghosts

Minimum 10 outbound calls daily to old leads, no-shows, and follow-ups. Resurrect dead deals.

Keep It Clean

Update CRM after every conversation. No guessing games.

What's In It For You?

Month 1: Prove Yourself

Commission-only: 5–7% on every deal you help close

Realistic OTE: 30k–60k PKR

Month 2+: Level Up

30k–40k base salary + 5–7% commission
